Since you have actually purchased the items your crates should be in your inventory.
Unfortunately for the bug your GP stash didn't update fully (you have to log in and log out to update it).
However, if you had 500k GP, and bought 500k worth of GP crates then you were probably continuing to buy the crates because you thought they were free, or that you were able to scam the system. Unfortunately we can't be responsible for that. The crates are still purchased. If you noticed your GP wasn't calculating properly you should have sent in a support ticket, or checked the forums etc. Since we made announcements to this affect.
The purchases are final for the GP crates.
We recognize the inconvenience of the bug. But you are still agreeing to purchase the crates. If you noticed your GP not going down and you still agreed to purchase the crates you are still holding yourself responsible for that GP.
So no, there will be no GP refund for "over-purchasing" crates. -
I sent in my support ticket this morning.. I hope they will ! That was a 100K GP. I could use that for something...
My story:
I have 100K GP.. So I figured "Well.. I could buy 10 christmas crates." and then after those 10 crates I had 110K gp. So I was like "Sweet! I made more then I had. I'll buy 10 more!!" And soo on...... 100 crates later... "You don't have enough GP for this item"...
^^ Thats about it. Now I'm left with 7K GP and a Few sprays and name cards. lol. Which I don't want because I was deceived... ha.

And as mentioned in the other thread. You agree to the purchase of the item. Therefore it is your responsibility to note the balance of your own account. If you notice that balance is not going down and you agree to purchase another item then it is still your responsibility. -

I agree with saidin due to the fact that hes right. You use ur credit card and click buy now twice... well you just bought something twice. -

Then Why the heck do you allow returns for a name change? Or a GP Perma-Weapon? Or a coupon weapon? You guys are idiots. You can't say one part of the mall can be refunded, but not the other. -

They allow returns for a Coupon Miss-purchase, Gp weapon Miss-Purchases, Mall Miss-Purchases and Accidentally selling weapons Refund/Return. Why Can't they do a GP return? Its so gay. -

We can offer any refund or exchange for any item located in our mall as we see fit.
When you go into a store, and buy a toaster and a pen. You likely cannot go home, crack open the toaster and pen. Use them both and return them both.
The store will say, we do not take refunds on pens. Heck, they may not even take the toaster back.
In the same way here, we cannot refund for crates that are used, and we do not refund crate purchases. The miss-click for coupon exchanges is something we offer as a courtesy to you. And it comes with a time limit. We are not obligated to offer this.
There is also a CLEAR warning when you purchase crates that they cannot be refunded.

You spent it its your fault. Why would they give you 100k gp back when you spent it on crates. They cant take all the crate items you won back. (I dont think)

Like Saidin has stated, it is not their responsiblility if you try to scam the system and it turns around and bites you on the ass.
Saidin has clearly won this and has provided enough information which you should just sit back and admit your mistake.
Granted, this is an error in the game too. But like Saidin said aswell... you should have reported it or looked around to see what was going on. -

u sir are an idiot and ppl like u ruin good games. if u said "I'm so lucky i bought 10 crates and got money..." and then decided to buy more u took a gamble and well, u lost. so stop harrasing the GMs just play some more or not wichi ever u like. i for 1 have spent over 300K gp on crates, and got Deagle and anaconda form it. i lost alot. but hey its a game. i bought another 1, yes "1" single GP crate and got back 200K i decided hey i learned my lesson so i bought guns directly. now i have M4A1 silver, Tar21, DSR sniper rifle. and noise down and breath down for over 90 days so ther u have it. my story compared to urs i got lucky 1 time and learned.
Also this has happened to me 2 times and both times i saw it not changing so i went to my "owned crates" and saw them there so i knew to stop. -

I did!!!!!! I snooped around looking for post's and stuff. But I was practically the FIRST person to figure this issue out. That "GP glitch" Post wasn't there. My support ticket was answered with a link to the Forum post.. That wasn't there before.

And you helped me when I bought a MP5 adv for 90 days by accident. Why can't you help us when its a big margin of CF players that mistaked this and wasted a Bunch of GP. This just shows how sloppy you are.
Hire more staff or something. You're getting a bunch of $$$ from all the Brazilians anyways.

because if u won your items (say....a Christmas m4)when you bought those crates, i bet you wouldnt be complaining right, you wouldnt be begging to have it exchanged. equivalent exchange some thing of equal value must be lost, when u return a gun, thats ok, because the gun still remains the same and u get your coupons back, when u buy a crate, you have a multitudes of possibilities that could have happened, lets say this happened in real life, and you bought a lottery ticket, and u sold your house and bought alot of tickets, then you lost, you cant go around bullsh1tting for your money back, you took the risk, now suck it up and eat it. -

Thats what i did.
It was quite obvious. I bought 4 crates and relised that it wasnt taking the GP for it.
TBH, i was hoping i couldve bought 1000 crates cos it wasnt taking the GP. But.....lol didnt work.
