no zp given to account via survey completion

just as the title states
i did about 4 surveys, got rewarded for each one of them, and when i clicked my account
there were no added zp it was left at 9.3k, the amount i had before i completed surveys
please help i want my zp

idk i emailed them and **** nothing.. so it might be like delayed or something..

This is why the survey providers have links saying "missing this zp?" under offer status

dumbass... the ZP Was awarded just Z8 has not gave us are ZP for completeing the sht...
and there is alot of people who cant buy ZP cause of weird problems like not recieving it...
