New Patch Framerate Issues

Might just be happening to me since i've got a P.o.s vid card, but has anyone had some weird framerate issues from this new patch?

My rate has been bouncing from 35 (stable) to 0.4 (...) and somehow to 160 (YES!)

but it just keeps bouncing, anyone else?

before the patch i use to be like that, but now the patch is on it doesnt happen anymoar! :P

Do you have any other programs running?

Windows Media Player, but its never happened before, I always tdm with music while im in a slump (like the last 3 weeks) xD
