My Ping After The Christmas Patch

Hello i've just patched my crossfire today
but I was shocked to see my ping
ranging from 190-220 up to 340-350
any help please
im in the middle east
this just happened today after the christmas patch
don't suggest any crossfire version in asia because im far from them
is the IP in the middle east stable ????
because it is really not a ping spike
