"Item Confirmation Failed"

When I try to open my Halloween Fun Crates ingame, when I click "Spin" to be exact, it says "Item Confirmation Failed" and it goes back to the crate selection menu. I can't even open them. Why is this? And if I'm not going to be able to open them, how do I get my money back for the crates?
