the clan points in the page is frozen

hi any moderator here can fix this issue it is important we have a frozen clan points in our page since a month and this affected our clan i thought it was something and gonna be fixed after a while but i am watching the clan falling from rank 500 to 630 and we have to take our points and u have to put us in the right rank
