zp buying problem

i tried to buy 20000 zp with my credit card i typed correct information and it said
Transaction denied Reason:Failed to pass security validation.
then i saw that i lost money on credit card and didnt get zp
whats wrong with z8 is this scam?

The money didn;t actually get taken off of your card, it simply has a hold put on it. The hold will release in a few days. Sometimes they fail security measures for unknown reasons, its happened me, but try again, or wait a day, it should work. Otherwise try a different payment method, like buying through PlaySpan or PayPal.

I think paypal would be the best option. It's much like a virtual pre-paid card. Just put however much money you want on paypal, then easy transactions.
