Reducing Farmers, Brs and kick
First of all, we should get rid of farmers. Farmers are very bad. A good clan can't even get in the top 100 even if they are pros. If your team is legit, no hack, no farm, You wont get far away. ( in the ranks) Reason: Farmers.
First idea: Yes, probably some of us are farming. (canada-usa people) BUT mainly farmers are non-english. Why not making a rules that when you create a new CLAN! Your clan messages MUST BE in english. It would eliminates Brs, Romanian, Chinese, Japanese, Thailandese. Every other races. Yes somes would be able to still create clan and bypass that, but it would reduces greatly other languages clan.
Second idea: When you create a new account, you can't join other servers then ROOKIE SERVER! When your getting around master sergeant, from there, you can access all the servers. But there should be a server for Lieutenant + ! Another point, when we are lieutenants and we join a pub room, just before the ''host'' start the game, he kick us because we look ''good'' since our grade.
Third Idea: If you are new, you can't play with lieutenant + until you are staff sergeant.
Fourth Idea: Echo servers should be Lieutenant + only. Thats where every farmers almost go.
Fifth Idea: We should divide channels. I explain:
Alpha:
Channel 1 Lieutenants +
Channel 2 Lieutenants +
Channel 3 Master sergent +
Channel 4 Master sergent +
Channel 5 Coporal to Staff sergeant +
Channel 6 Coporal to Staff sergeant +
Channel 7 Coporal to Staff Sergeant +
Channel 8 Coporal to Staff Sergeant +
Should be like that in all servers.
Why? : First of all, noobs that have high grades, but that doesnt have the skills, would not be able anymore to go in a pub room with 2-3 coporal, trainee etc and make a score of 103-13 and take a pic then show off. They would need to face up people of their grade, so normally of there skill. Thats how everyone could be upgrading themselves and learn more.
What do you think that will happen, if i am a newbie, i create an account. Then, suddenly, i decide to go somewhere at the guess. I get to alpha channel 2 room 21.
I enter there, and theres 1 Captain, and one First lieutenant against me ( I dont know they are that high) I start to play ( i normally s,uk) And they start to kill me like crazy. They are proud of them, owning a newbies. They think they are good. But me in my head IM REALLY THINKING they are 1. Good, 2. Hack.
What i do?
I kick them OR i get mad, leave and dont play anymore. Why? Because higher grades take profit of newbies, that should not be allowed. SO newbies play against newbies. Pros play against Pros. Thats how i see Crossfire.
My last idea, but not the least KICKING VOTE: Someone with a grade lesser then staff sergeant should NOT be allowed to vote kick.

idk bout dividing ch's up between ranks.kinda makes it difficult to play with friends or clanmates because of ranks.although i do feel the same bout the farmers but technically they aren't breaking any rules just being lazy .im major 7th class and they give high ranks that earned it a bad rep.

You could still play with any of your teammates, in a clan war you could play with anyone in your clan. -

Yeah about getting far in the ranks... I was in the clan TheMetal and we got all the way up to rank 80. Then the clan fell apart and what not. But I'm with Killzones now and we're under rank 1500 already. So farming, although annoying should be one of the last things to be dealt with.
Right now you're making crossfire a bit too strict with that. What if someone had created a second account such as a back up? Sure he could stay in the rookie servers or he could go to alpha and play against lieuts and all that good stuff. We can't really limit the newbies anymore than what they're limited to already. Might make them want to leave.
As for the echo server, I suppose lieuts only could join but then again... Farmers are most likely already leuits and whatever secondary profile they got might not be that far away from leveling up to lieut. In any case it could stop the farmers but not a whole lot... All they need to do is make a private room in the regular servers and go on with their farming moo.
As for having ranks per channel im sorry but that's rather stupid. Specially if you're in a game and you can pwn alieut even tho ur a staff sergant. Also hurts when you're tryin to recruit members for a clan. Just way too specific and strict for it to work properly. -

not every "BR" is a farmer, a hacker, or a " I kick every1!" So dont be racist! OK, we all have farmed ( me too ) But its no reason to kick somebody! Its the sam with the Scrub light and M12s. they are noob weapons, but dont kick anybody for it! Every1 can play how he want, all the same if he is Br, Chinese a canadian or a german ( like me!).
But i agree with you, that your clan cant get over lets say rank 1000 if you dont farm. to get on rank 1000 you need ~20 Members, that play 24/7, but this is life! -
Um once again you are wrong... I have a friend clan that without any farming, hacking or even living in BR is in the 800's. What's funny tho is what BR's try to do in order to make it look like they're pros and all that nonsence. It's not racisim.. it's just a fact that 90% of all BR's have hack or are hacking and farmed and the other 10% are mix of good and really really laggy players.
