When theyre looking for more MODs they usually post an application and announce it

GM's are paid, working people for Z8. MOD's are voluntary positions chosen by GM's and other MOD's.

Do you want to become a mod?

[MOD]'s are chosen by [GM]Saidin, and approved by other staff members. Either when there are many more forumers coming into the community, or there are too small of a moderating team to moderate the forums.

[GM]'s are real jobs. You work in the office.

Mod. They'll usually have an application if they are short handed in MODS. :P

Basically when they have an open spot they will have applications open for you etc. I Would like to be a MOD But that's something that will probably never happen unless i get my tongue out now

if i'm correct, to be a gm u need to be be in Toronto and work with Z8games(going to work from monday to friday) ofc you get a salary.

to be a mod, you need to be chosen by a gm(from time to time, Saidin makes a thread saying he needs mods, so you leave ur application and wait), you also get ZP as a reward, I really don't know the amount but yes u do get zp, not sure if it's monthly.
