Please see that hacker

Yesterday i played in Us west server -1 . I play Mutant mode in Port match . I met one hacker he got a high rank but he still hack one shot kill . I said i will report him and he said CF wont banned his account he did it 1000 times a day . So i got his picture kill abour 5 mutant sin a row (thru wall) . His name in game is : [Stormbow] . I cannot report in the normal way cause i forgot to save the score after match but i got his picture kill 5 in a row with a sniper gun . yesterday he play that match around 8.20pm-8.40pm .
