Reward for reports
Not sure if this could be possible, but giving a reward for successfully reporting hackers. Could be something small like 500 GP or 100 ZP or something, or only reward for every 5 successful reports. It would help promote reporting hackers through the webform and get rid of them quicker.
Small downside to this would be an increase of reports and a probably increase of false reports as a result, but we could be better off knowing that more hackers will be getting banned quicker since people will go through the effort of reporting instead of just whining about hackers.
(for the record, post made at 1:37am. If anything's worded weird or not explained well, that's why)

It would raise the false reports so much
that there wouldn't be idea for that.
People might start to send from their every game a report and blame about 2-4 players of hacking.
Just so they could have the money,
thought they won't get, 'cause of false reporting.
But if you work with the idea, it might become great and succesful.
Then of course..
There could be a limit in a week how many reports you can send.
Or that certain false accusations bans your game acc for a limited time.
Example for a day. -
Banning people from reporting after a certain amount of false reports could slow down the problem.
Also, the reward should only be given for a proper report. Not just "I THINK HE'S HACKING, HERE'S THE REPLAY" without saying what hack or what time. It would have to be a report with name, hack, and an accurate time in the replay of when it is being used.
Or maybe I am asking too much considering most reports are probably just "HE HAD ONE LUCKY SHOT AND HE HACK", and those people probably never bothered to even check their own replay. -

Yeah, some of the less sterling members of the community would figure this makes them bounty hunters, and they'd look for infractions to report even if it's only in their heads. I think there should be no reward for a report other than knowing you are trying to rid the game of someone who cheats.Of course, but it would be overused anyway.
What I'd like to see is some kind of reporter ranking system, where the reporter has a trust level. False reports take ten points off the trust level, and true ones add 1 point. This way when staff are reviewing replays they can look at the ones from people with a higher trust level first and work their way down. Not saying they ignore any reports, of course, but if they see something come in from someone who has a negative trust they would know the chances aren't good that it is a high priority issue. -
