The Miami servers (US South servers)

Why do both the US South servers have a rank requirement of the Staff Sergeant or better? Weren't they made to help the people who's living in the south get better ping, not completely reject new people\old people from playing on them. At the moment I see that 1\100% of US South server 1 is filled and like 15\100% of US South server 2 is filled. Both of them have the rank requirement of Staff Sergeant +. The only reason why server 2 got people playing on it is because of the GP bonus.

I recommend removing the rank requirement of US South server 1 so people in the south actually can play on it and enjoy their lower ping. I assume that this is a bug, but if it is not. Its indeed a very big mistake made by the developers.

Increasing the rank requirements on some of the servers is actually a very wise choice. It makes more of the good\high ranked players go there and enjoy the gp bonus instead of being in the servers where the newbies travel after they have ranked to sergeant. The forums have also had some threads about people who aren't that good being worried that they won't enjoy playing because they will get completely owned by much better players than they are themselves. But now they don't have much to worry about since the better players are now usually roaming around UK4\Delta\US South2.
