For my Introduction to Media Arts class, we had to take this video provided (about 3 minutes long) and cut/edit it into a 30-second commercial. There was no audio provided with the video, so we had to produce the music and sound effects as well as the video transitions. This is my first time using iMovie, which is what we had to use, so don't be too critical

Don't comment on the quality, we had to export it using specific settings in iMovie, so what you see is what the assignment called for unfortunately.

Tell me what kind of grade you would give me based on a classic grade scale

A: 90-100
B: 80-89
Etc.

Transitions were smooth, and the music fitted the video.
Only thing a didn't like was the last transitions where the video shatters into the logo.
Low A I would say.

You're saying it's too choppy I'm assuming? Maybe a smoother transition like the others?

Yes, the shatter doesn't fit the editing style you used.

im doing media studies this year & next. all we gotta do at the moment is make a part of a music magazine (all our pics editing n stuff). next year we get onto the video
