Ever been in Ghost respawn, and a new ghost enters the game right in front of you? Well that's sort of the effect this grenade will have for 5 seconds.

The c4 has it's electronic internals ceramic plated, they're impervious to EMP's :x -

Very good idea but...
We don't need this, GM is TOO EASY already, this nade will ruim the MODE, making the win too much easy to GR team!
An EMP nade should "crash" the lights for a moment (in that case 5 sec), the ghosts are visible, but you can't see them cause the lights are OFF! (at least they should be, an Eletro Magnect Pulse should turn the lights off)

5 seconds seems kinda long. coupled with the time it takes for it to return invisible. 3 seconds sounds a tad more balanced.The time it takes to fully turn invisible again is included in those 5 seconds. So, lets say they are fully visible for 2~3 seconds and then slowly start turning invisible again in another 2~3 second, in the same manor as they do during spawn time.
