2011, a good year for RPG's

Meh, I never got really hooked to Oblivion. I did finish the game and played a couple of DLCs too, but replay value so far has been little. I just hate the fact that you become a force of nature throughout the levels but so is the common Scamp, and the common brigand now suddenly wanders around in Glass or Daedric gear. But hey, nice graphics anyway.

Dragon Age 2 will be a quantum leap over its predecessor I'm pretty sure, I loved the first one and did four playthroughs so far. I like the fact the protagonist will finally have voice acting, a thing that was lacking in the first game.

But Mass Effect 3.. heh what else can be said? Mass Effect 2 should be GOTY and the whole trilogy should be recognized as one of the best. Oh, I've been playing Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2, Planescape Torment, Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2 and all the early Final Fantasy's but I have to say Mass Effect still stands among the top story-wise.

But yeah, good games coming on this year. Honorable mentions to Dead Space 2 and Crysis 2.

Never played an RPG and never will. Until I get a better computer.
