Bought Items but havent recieved in over 48 hours

Yeah.. ive already posted that i bought items with Bonus Points and its concerning me that i spent 3600BP to wait over 48 hours and NOT receive them yet, its usually instant, im kinda just wondering why i havent received them yet? cuz its really starting to tick me off that i payed 3600Bp and got NOTHING out of it.. didnt get my items or my BP back or anything.
