Security Answer - problem after problem!

Hey guys.
1st of all I'm not even sure if this is the right section of the forum to post this thread:

I've been promoted to clan leader, but now I want to leave, and to do that I need to demote my self, and use my security answer. I forgot it.

So: I clicked "Forgot my security answer" but it has been asked to me to writte my registered mail. I don't have it.
But I was like: ok, no problem, creat a thread on forum... Someone said: support ticket.
Done it, but then I had to have atleast 2 things to comprove some things. Things that I dont have.

So this is the deal: Im trapped in my own clan. And I need to change my e-mail. But I need info that I don't have.
I need help from a Gm or a Mod...

I just want to be in a clan that's over but I can't get out.
I need help :'(

You need to be able to prove that the account is yours.

Since no one on these forums can prove this, or help you prove it. You must submit a support ticket for it.

Survey Emails can help, ultimately it is the decision of the customer support team based on the evidence they receive.

All in all, don't give anyone your login ID, your password, your security question answer or the email you used to register it the account with.

The question is, why do you not have that stuff for the account? If it's because you purchased the account from someone else, then you can be banned. If it's because you scammed someone else then you can be banned. If it's because you made an account that you used fake information, then that is your own fault.

You should never use fake information. That way when you go into the game, do a survey get some zp, win that awesome black market item, join that wicked clan and then subsequently lose your account to a scam, you won't be up the creek.

If you don't have anything official for the account it may be very difficult for us to return the information to you.

We'll need things like account creation date, IP, registered emails, security answers, transaction IDs (including transaction proof of surveys). Any information that YOU think we need to know about that proves the account is yours and has been from the start.
