about the web form

A couple questions about the web form...

1) 'Rounds that hacking occured?', what do you have to do when someone hacked in TDM, there are no rounds there, so what should i fill in ?

2 ) 2me9kz.jpg

Status : closed, does that mean that it not opened, or allready closed again?
Delete: Deleted, this means that it's allready deleted?

That's it, I guess...

Comments

  • 1.) You don't put rounds, put in how many kills there were when the hacker joined.
2.) Close: Means Z8 closed it and won't reply to that message anymore.
3.) Delete means, delete the message + Cancel it from Z8 (Like you didn't send anything).

Thats how it works I believe
  • Enter 0 if its a TDM. Or enter an aproximate kill count for the match if he joins late.

Closed means we recieved the ticket. There is no point for the support staff wasting time typing a personal response to every hack report, so they're automatically closed to indicate that we have recieved them and they're awaiting review.

DELETE is a clickable link, where you can manually delete old tickets.

So actualy, we can't know when they actualy opened the report?

didn't knew about the delete button :P
  • When they mean rounds, they mean the score on the top, where it has the timing and the :

Rounds Started Hacking - Rounds Ended Hacking / End of Game
BL [insert number here] : [insert number here] GR to the BL [insert number here] : [insert number here] GR

The [insert numbers here] are the numbers. The support section is not machine operated, therefore anything that a regular human could understand will suffice. If you put something like
x-3 where x is the amount of rounds

they may not really want to understand, but if you say 150 - 31, than I think they could understand.

    They're humans, not robots.
