ZP by phone, but no ZP!

plz help! I bought ZP through sponserpay's premium phone call service. First i bought zp 35k zp for $30 and it didnt work!, so i tried 15k zp for $15 and it didn't work either! Now i was charge $45Bucks for something i didnt even get!. Z8games plz give me my ZP! I will post a picture of the offer say it still isnt verfied even thsoe the end page said it was! if i have to plz help!
