Ranting on Support!

First of all the people there ONLY CHECKED your paypal transaction 1st
if i fill in the 2nd time and it wasn't correct (i found out the info WAY BACK in the history box and havn't happen to notice) CLOSED! submit a new ticket

they don't even bother (or in my view all they looked at was the transaction ID)
i wrote like a page worth of other info, providing notice of confirmation email change, in game screenshots, Detailed on how my account was lost, is the recent transaction really matter... i mean ive paid for it so i get to use that on the evidence page only for one time? the least they can do is make it OPEN(so i can go back and gave them the right info).
