Lost zp!

So here is the story,i bought a paysafe card of 25 euro and then buyed the 20k zp,then the 10 k zp,after that i put again the card and 2 other cards that i had and bought another 10 k,then i checked the mall and it says that i have 30k zp,please fix that,i have the pin codes of the paysafe cards in case you need proof.
