Information becomes compromised because the user was careless with it. They either got scammed, went to a phishing website or used some sort of hack or had a virus on their computer that had a key logger.

If you keep your information secure, and don't give it away to anyone, and don't use hacking programs its virtually impossible to lose your account.

He will have to go to http://support.z8games.com and fill in a ticket under the ACCOUNT heading.
