That has happened to me a couple of times. The reg of the grenades is...weird.
I was playing TDM Mexico when I threw a nade and it landed right under me. It exploded and did 0 dmg. Then about 2-4 seconds later some guy dies from my grenade.

You threw it near a wall and it bounced back in your screen while in the actual game view it went through the side of it... -

yea, thats what i hear all the time. but my friends in RL said that when u kill someone with a nade, it shouts "popcorn" . I actually never heard "popcorn" before, maybe its just a joke on me. -
