dont change the ??? priority.. update ur nic drivers, apply the network throttling reg fix and then disable ipv6:

i got 2 internet line for my family.. one for me only.
n a 2nd one for my dad,mom n sister, since all they were doing is browsing the web n mostly watching internet tv shows or movies...
