Confessions of a bad sniper.
As you can tell we're knee deep in Sniper Week! There are events running all week for prizes and ribbons. Over 5000 people qualified for prizes and ribbons from yesterdays event. We hope even more will qualify for the 100 sniper rifle kills today!
For those who still have questions about the Ribbon System, be sure to check out the new FAQ and Guide for ribbons! It's worth the read and will calm all your worries about future ribbons!

It may be Sniper Week in game, but it's Tournament Time for WOGL! Operation: Silent Night is in effect. 2 TDM Tournaments happening over the Holidays! A 1v1 Tournament and a 3v3 Tournament with over 200,000 ZP in points and prizes to be won. The turnout is great so far. Signups close on the 20th so make sure to get signed up fast!

To get yourself in the mood, you can join up the WOGL draft! Happening this Friday December 10th at 9PM EST.

Sniper Week is in full force right now Day 3 is almost over. Your time to get 100 Sniper Kills is running out! Don't forget that prizes always come the next day, and that your Ribbons (if you won a prize) will be on your Clan Profile page! Just make sure to continually check the page to continually make sure you have the maximum amount of Ribbons!
Day 4 will net an opportunity to get a free PSG-1 regular sniper rifle for 7 days. This gun is no longer available in game for regular purchase so look tomorrow for the event details and how you can get your hands on one!
Also, in case you haven't taken advantage of it. The AWM-Camo is on sale still in our web mall. Get a great deal on this weapon for the rest of the week!

Confessions of a bad sniper.
I am a bad sniper. That's not to say I don't know what to do with a long-barrelled rifle. I point, and I shoot. But I break the code of one-shot-one-kill. Personally I like the more guaranteed action of lets put as many bullets into my enemy to make sure they are dead.
But sometimes it just doesn't let me do that.
I am a bad sniper. That's not to say I don't like making sure I have my rifle ready. Especially when I enter into this certain prison area where all of a sudden my regular gun always seems to jam. I can't quite get it to work, and I find myself pulling out my samurai sword to ensure I kill my target quick. Much to the chagrin of my enemies.
My sword just doesn't earn the same respect a kill with a Sniper Rifle does.
I am a bad sniper. That's not to say I don't enjoy sniping targets however. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the head of my enemy show up in my targeting reticle. Pulling that trigger and knowing you got them before they got you.
I might be a bad sniper, but I can still play everything else in Cross Fire like a champ!

Nice readup, just like always, but there is a little bit of a mistake.
It's a 1v1 tournament and a 3v3 tournament, not a 2v2 tournament.
Also, love the confession, everybody needs a clean slate.

Since we haven't done anything to the servers, or the game. And there aren't any major drops in the number of people playing, or server stability etc.
It stands to reason that the problems you're experiencing may not be related to us. Have you checked for viruses on your computer for example? Any recent software you might have added? Have you checked with your isp? Maybe there is work being done in your neighborhood.
Unfortunately, with most lag issues it's very very difficult to track down the problem to a specific thing. -

Just found a guide on forums how to lower ur ping..
AND IT FRIKKING WORKED!
my ping has been lowered from100 to 47
