I ask them to credit coupons back on to my account and take the awm-camo permanent i accidently bought and their answer is this

"There are no refunds/exchanges on CRATE items."

they have downs or something?

If its been more than 24 hours since the exchange, they won't refund but I see what you mean.

Wasn't it 2 days (48 hours) that you can exchange coupons back.

should be atleast 5 because support doesnt answer on the weekend(they should imo)and people buy zp and play on the weekend. and plus it takes them a week to reply any ways.

How do you "accidentally" purchase a coupon weapon?
I'm pretty sure there is a message asking you if you're sure with what you're about to purchase.

No, there isn't.

Pretty sure it's 48 hours. Not 24, it shows up on your profile anyways, what date you bought the item that is. But the support fails either way, just sayin'.

Support has always answered me in a reasonable amount of time. It usually get's sent to the Tech Department, and you most likely won't get it refunded.

i needed the R dogtag and i got it when i went to exchange my dogtags for the scope deagle crate my letter wasnt there. i sent a ticket and they told me that the system was working fine and i wasnt missing the letter....... these ppl are out of thier league with this game. they need to hire some ppl who will actually TRY to help us.

the fk is with support?
