Looking for a scrim/pub clan with Ventrilo. (Mature, 18+ish)

Looking for a mature clan that consist of Young Adults, and priority adults; Really tired of clans full of little children yelling and screaming; no offence, but it gets annoying.
I am mainly a sniper, ever since I started - and I can rifle, but only if told to.
I dont want to play in WOGL, just a scrim team that is rather decent and can call, be mature and not rage because he/she 'hacks'; You catch my drift.

Wassup im Gino, lt of Cryptic. We are a semi scrim and pub clan with vent only 35 members all mature. We have people from 15 to 28 years old in the clan. Check us out.
