Echo 8
Can someone please explain to me why there are so many *******s in echo 8?
I beat you in a 1v1, I say GG, the guy goes "LOL TRYHARD".
Try hard? Of course I tried hard, we're in echo 8, it's a competitive channel, I'm trying because I want to win, and also to improve my skills even further.
I lose. "LOL BADDIE. UNINSTALL. GET OWNED. E.Z." Really? Why is there a need to call me bad? I might be not as good as you, is there really a need to call me names? No, it's just immature.
Echo 8 clan scrim. My clan goes 2-7.
"We don't want to play you guys anymore, you're too easy." -sigh-
People need to cut down on the excuses, stop going nerd-o geek mode, and play with there bawls down.
I thought Echo 8 was full of players that were both good and respectful. Guess it's only one.
Why do good people feel like they have to be *******s? You're a great 1-shotter, that's great. You're good at sniping, cool, I'd love to befriend with you, but naw, "YOU SUCK". Alright, thanks, Fuc.k you too.

most peoples that call the other a try hard is a try hard himself. unless you see him with a winchy or trying to do a 360 kill, chances are, hes trying. you can have a bad day and sux, but if your using your best gun, you have no escuse to call the other a try hard.
echo 8 is full of ego maniacs, somtimes i do good and topfrag, somtimes i do bad and bottom, whenever i top i get called a try hard noob ( that i tried or not.) and when i bottom i get called a noob that cant play.
i did notice the players change a lot depending on the time of day though, the early echo games are far funner and a lot more respectfull then the later day echo games. i guess its just the time zones. -
I feel your pain. Echo 8 used to be a place where all the fun ppl hang around. Now, these ppl just hate on each other. I get kicked 50% of the time because of my bad rep on forums.
i got kicked from echo8 for:
-try harding
-not planting and deciding to go for the kills ( see try harding...)
-not following the whole team ( once again...)
-team nading the defuser ( hey, its fun! and if your not try harding, why do you even care about 1 death? although it is the most justifable one
)
its not as bad as reg pub chanels, but its still rediculus. -
That's because earlier in the day, the kids are at schooli did notice the players change a lot depending on the time of day though, the early echo games are far funner and a lot more respectfull then the later day echo games. i guess its just the time zones.

I don't know.
I don't like people who walk in pubs, but I sometimes find myself walking. But if the person walking is on the lower half of the scoreboard chances are they're not going to win and I'll f11 if and when the votekick comes up.
As far as 1v1s go, I usually try for the first few kills and then I might start goofing off if I feel its too easy. If it is really easy I'll just leave and kick the person.
And nobody wants to waste 20 - 30 minutes on a bad scrim. Be honest with yourself and if you're not at the "echo 8 level" then either play clan server or just scrim clans closer to your skill level.
But I never really approve of trash talking (I know I trash talk at times but usually only when provoked) but it is part of the game...any game to be honest. I told a member of a pretty well known echo8 scrim star clan "ns" in a scrim and he told me to shut up. Everyone gets it. -
