On the forum post it says 12-24 hours. Besides 12-24 hours after the event ends IS the next day. They still have about 14 hours left to make the 24 hour mark. That's plenty of time. I had over 100 hs and haven't gotten mine yet so don't worry if you haven't got your crates yet.

They didn't give me any new ribons yet...

I got all 11 old ones, but I don't have any of the new ones.

I have played 10K games and goten over 5K Headshots, but still no ribon for me

OT: The announcement said that they started giving the crates out 1~2 hours ago. You should receive your crates pretty soon (Tomorrow).
