Looking for a clan

I'd like to join a decent clan. I'll list the modes i like the best from top-bottom and put my k/d beside it.
Mode: Kdr
Escape Mode 3.5
Ghost Mode 3.5
EM (Mostly knife) 4.4
TDM 2.7
S&D (Mostly knife) 2.5
Over All 3.1

Im 17, easy to get along with, I don't like when people have friends on the opposite team and waste an entire minute not doing anything. I really like the map Arena 2 because it has my 2 favourite things, Sniping and melee. I don't have vent for anything like that exept i do have xfire but i have not made an account yet. Ummmmm Im relatively active, I do like to have a say in what the clan does and I like to think im good at hosting events for the clan and getting people involved.
I guess one last thing would be, I dont like when my clan mates join the other team and then say "wtf man, im in your clan dont kill me.." if you dont want to fight me join my team. Oh and also i dont like when people complain, i understant if theres a hacker or something like that but you constantly complaining about how i killed you like a "noob" wont stop me from stabbing you in the back. I have a pretty decent kill death ratio so far and i like to keep it that way so if i see an easy kill i will take it.


EDIT: I am a North American player but i can play in any server because so far the highest my ping has been is 120 in the UK and it was almost the same as being in the NA servers


EDIT:#2 If you are interested in recruiting me please state what mode your clan mostly plays because I want to be in a clan where people like to play the same modes i like to play aswell instead of a mix of people not wantong to plauy with each other.
