That is correct, but they weren't added to the voting poll yet, therefore, it's not in the grounds for disqualification... yet.

If a staff chooses your SS, and they see this thread, it's an immediate DQ.

Never mentioned anything about a DQ but thank you for filling that in. I just recalled the time when i did that and got my thread shut down, (luckily) i won the contest
