Hack screenshot(Urgent)

This persont has been hacking and I have a replay but can't seem to find it but I can watch it on my account though. I also have a screenshot from the Replay so I'm asking it here to help me ban this noob. Heres a link of the screenshot from today 07/12/2010

YOU CAN SEE HES CARRYING SAME AUG GUN, AND ALSO LOOK WHAT HES STANDING ON TELL ME IF THIS IS HACK OR NOT......
