Can z8 put a server in purto rico? It's a us territoriy

I know that z8 can only put servers in the USA, canada, and the uk. But purto rico is a us territoriey so could they put a server there? Maby they could move the us south server there if they don't have money for a new server. It would be the closest server they could get to the brs, they could even call it Brasil server and put it on the top of the list so they see it cause I don't think they really look at the bottom of the list that much. But could they actually put a server there or what?

This would be a good idea it would get a lot of laggers into a diffrent server where they belong but I don't think they would do that over 1 persons idea they would need tons of people from your area to do this.

They tried that.... South America/ Miami server.... look around didnt work all that well. Chit happens. Im sick of them but they wont give us the ping capped server.
