Question about cfr replay files

Hi,

Iam wondering how i would go about taking a cfr file and putting it on youtube. Do i need a program to convert the cfr file? or can i go right ahead and upload it to my youtube account. Thank you ^^

You cant convert it.You need to record the replay itself if you want the footage
