Is it possible for Z8Games to threaten legal action against M.P.G.H, Cheat Engine, Unreal Skill, thisgamesux etc for providing hacks. Sure it won't stop all the hacks, but it will stop a lot of hacks as these are the most common.

That's strange. Why was MapleStory able to bring OdinMS, a MapleStory private server, to court then? Same concept: modifying the source files for one's own use.

I don't think so. Hacking a game isn't illegal (I think) unless its being used to steal profit from the company. IE: A "free" ZP hack.

z8 won't sue cuz it takes a lot of effort. Not just money that they don't have but time aswell.

Considering these hack sites can just erase the original site and then make another...

They can sue them, hacks require an injection of data into their original source editing their data breaches the data protection act.
The main reason it's so hard to sue them is the terms of service on their websites it claims nobody who owns any of a certain website or is an employee of a specific company (all of the websites and companies they create hacks for) are aloud to access their website and any evidence they could get would be illegal for them to obtain.
