Loading Problem

Well .. When im starting the game, nothing happen and that make me mad. I have try to stop my Firewall, put stuff in exeption list.. Stop Avira, run as a administrator, Uninstall-install a ton of times but its still not working anymore.

I downloaded this :

East-Mirror 1

Once the game is downloaded, I press start and after a while a box like this appear: ==> http://img573.imageshack.us/i/sanstitrebc.png/

After that, I close the window and start the patch again and the patch finish. Once the patch is finished, I Open Crossfire, press start and wait for the game but...

Nothing Happen. Sometime but rarely a box appear and said that HGWC is already running but not most of the times. Can someone help me ? I dont know what do to and I suck with computer and stuff so please explain things clearly

same problem i had the error "failed to download patch file" then i try again and finish but for me happen a different thing look... go to the 7.00 minut and listen all the strange sound before "disconnect from server"... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVh6G0c1wME

But you, you can connect to the game.. For me its impossible, the game not appear, Nothing.

Did the downloads of the Download section are the good version?.. Because its impossible for me to play.

When I download it and patch it, I got no problem like "Failed to download patch file" But I can't play anymore.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that i'm not the only one who have this problem.. But that make me mad, I can't play and my shovel is waiting for me!! Help me someone?! Staff!?

Thats weird, when I try to start CrossFire, I clearly see "CF_G4Bbox.exe" running as Administrator. I see HGWC.exe too but when I press "Start", CF_G4Bbox.exe disappear from Ctrl+Alt+Delete and nothing change, nothing is running, no Xtrap. HGWC.exe is always here but I see no Icons and nothing that mean that the game is launched. Whats wrong with the game? My computer is a good computer running on XP. I always have played CrossFire on this computer and now I can't?!? I'm pretty sure that my computer is not the problem.. But I dont know what is wrong with me. I send alot of information in my posts but I get no answers. I only want to play at this game. Nothing more.

Yes I shut down Avira, yes I shut down the Firewall.. I install a tons of time the game, I got problem to finish to download the patch but I download from the third mirror of east coast and I got no problem to finish the patch. The game is not starting anymore.

Help me someone

Hey yo we got same problem lol. ummm im trying my best to figure it out..so far ive made some improvements. before it said some sht bout HGWC but i fixed it..now im up to were it wont start..ill hit u up if i get it.

Ok thanks, i'm trying on my side too but its hard because i'm french and everything is english.. Same thing if I found something interesting. I send tickets and PM to administrators too and wait for answer. Good Luck

Ey yo..right click crossfire...select run as..then as an admin..also there shuld b a box..uncheck the box n cf shuld work if its checked :P

For my computer its : Right click CrossFire, Executer en tant que... And there a box with : L'utilisateur actuel ... And I can click : Protéger mon ordinateur etc.. Or I can click : Utilisateur suivant.

I try to unchek the box where it said to protect my PC but CrossFire is not working anymore.

Damn.. I already post alot of times on that section!! I already have read the thread 30 times!! And I didn't find my problem here.. That is not helping me guys. I only want to play, I dont want more. Just help me to get on the game. Please be friendly Mods,staffs,peoples?? Anyone..Do something.

I'm trying to play, I try alot of things but the game is not starting, Everything start, the patch, HGWC etc.. But the game not start and there no Icons to show that something happening.

I got exactly the same problem ... a friend of my adviced me to try out CF fixer

you have to copy it into your crossfire folder and run it there... if the fixer found a failure in the xtrap files he will correct it ... that the way it should be... badly it seems like there is no xtrap failure at my crossfire-.-

It would be nice to hear if you found a way to fix the problem at another way, because the fixer dont work at my computer... it is just an idear that he could help.
