Just want to know do the surveys actually give you Zp? I completed a survey to buy movies and i aint get the Zp yet and i had to pay for the movies

Go to Deposit > Earn Free ZP > SuperRewards > View offer status.
Then find the offer that you completed and click 'Missing these ZP?'.

Also i did ths survey to sign up for gamefly and rent games. So do i have to wait 3 days for the ZP?

I finished some surveys yesterday took me a hour but he I got now 37k zp and there is more coming

I hope the got some new surveys next week or this week srsly all the surveys are old or I already did them xD

Now in total I earned around the 500k zp just because of the surveys xD

Okay now. This is some bull****. I ordered the ****ing Movies and no email on it and no movies but i lose Money on my card nice. I signed up for gamefly and got the subscription. I got the game i wanted a few days ago and no Zp. Can someone show me the EXACT steps of sending a support ticket because i aint wasted meh money on movies and no zP!

Dude, first off, you don't go through Z8games for survey support. If you did it on Super Rewards, you go through their support system, if you did it for gambit, you go through theirs etc etc. Assuming you went through super rewards because I remember the gamefly thing, go through your email and find the one that was sent to you from gamefly, confirming you paid for your trial or 1 month or whatever it was. Now copy the whole thing, including the header(subject) and date. Take a screenshot if you want aswell, upload it and then have the link handy. Now, log in to z8games, hit deposit, go to super rewards, there will be a box that says "offer status". Click that, and go to the gamefly offer, it should say "viewed" next to it if you haven't gotten your ZP. Now, click the question mark next to that, something along the lines of (missing ZP). Click that, and scroll down and click continue, Now in that box, Explain your problem, Hit enter a few times so that it spaces out what you're going to say next, and paste the screen shot of the email you took, now paste the full email you got, and submit that. When they reply, see what they say, if they say you got rewarded, there you go. If not, follow what they tell you to do step by step. If you signed up legit with your credit card there's a 100% chance that you'll get your ZP. Sometimes it doesn't offer right away so you have to go through their support with proof. Anyways, good luck.

Well this topic might as be closed since its been awhile. When i go to view offers it shows nothing. But thanks for helps guys ill just go back to buying ZP if Cf lets me

Well you might as well delete this topic. This is about to be my 2nd month on gamefly and still no ZP... I can't view any of the things I did for free Zp because they gone. It's already bad enough I can't buy Zp.

Today they have changed the super rewards website.Now you have to select a box called get help.Enter you query after pushing the question mark next to the offer.

In my experience super rewards have a reasonable customer service.Normally the first query is answered automatically by computer then the second is looked into by their staff.Semd in your screenshots and any other proof you have.If your claim is legit expect a positive outcome within a couple of days.

Chances are if you just wait nothing will be resolved as it appears the video company is denying you the z8 points.

Do As SirWhat said, and you'll get your ZP. If you just leave it most likely you won't get any because there should only be a 10mins - 24 hour delay. Not 2-4 days.
