X-trap error. Game cant be start.
today i started my pc then i immediately started CF. then i got this X-Crap error: "Code_Field [08-0400-00000000-504] Some functions of the Operating System have been corrupted. Please, close any program which is affecting the game client and restart the system."
The thing is: i didn't do any installation or deinstallation, i just started the PC. And yesterday everything worked fine. And of course i dont have any hacks on my PC!
I have done everything i can imagine. i closed all programs, skype, icq, steam, even all antivirusprograms.
I checked the forum and followed all steps for a clean installation: uninstalled CF with revo uninstaller, cleaned registry with revo, restarted pc, cleaned registry with c cleaner and after that i manually deleted the empty z8 folder. restarted pc, closed all antivirus progs (MSSE, avast, thread fire), downloaded and installed CF (with the first try it couldnt been patched correctly so i needed a second try for this), tried to start CF with even still all antivirus progs closed, and........SAME X_TRAP ERROR !!!
Please help me, i'm a CF addicted!!!

Same problem here..
yesterday and all the days before it worked fine.
but today i just started and after loading HGW game watcher .. that annoying x-trap error again =_=
id didnt install anything new or etc.
im using Vista

i still have this problem. GM's, MOD's any idea? like i already said above, i have done everything what i can imagine. in the meantime i tried more, like deinstalling antivirus progs and even reinstalled win 7. it looks like it must be a mistake of x-crap! only thing i can try now is go back to win xp, and thats what i will do now. a lot of annoying work and 3 days of inactivity due to X-CRAP!

i have posted my autostart processes above.
but i guess u need to see all processes.
well, now its too late, since i reinstalled XP over my win 7.
At least the error disapears through that...
No.. not AutoStart... press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC
Windows 7 is full of problems with games...
