Jumping not working

Well, I was playing Ghost Mode when I couldn't jump. After the game, I went to the controls, clicked on jump, and pressed space (making it jump). After another game, I still couldn't jump, so I went back to controls and set it to default. I still can't jump. Can anyone help?
