Game Won't start

Hi, I have installed the game, patched the game too, but nothing happen when i press start.
I see HGW starting and after that nothing. Someone can help me?

I added crossfire and stuff in the exeption list. I stopped Avira and put my firewall off but the game still not working. I only see the patcher and "HGW Game Watcher step 1..2..etc." running and after, nothing...
