Yes the M4A1 is 1 shot head shot. It has a low recoil so it can be shot from far distances.

AIm any weapon at the head.

ANy weapon? You sir, fail. Shoot someone with an MP5 in the head. It is NOT a 1 hit headshot.

Yes all the m4a1 family does a 1 hit kill to the head. It has low recoil and high accuracy, good spray pattern, easy to get golden hs.

im pretty sure someone said if u 1 shot a guy (not moving) down bw they live o.O
but its like rlly far..

the m9 requires 3~5 headshots depending on the distance...

it has a very low damage loss over distance, but it still has it, so, it does leave people with 1~5 hp overdistance :x
