Can I get banned for getting to many "hack tool detected" notice? I don't hack!

I mean, SERIOUSLY, I'm sitting there, at my computer, pondering whether to buy an AK-47, or an M4A1, and suddenly, I'm given a notification of "hack tool detected" and I'm booted out. It's happened like four times so far, and I'm REALLY worried about getting banned because my brother said that he got the "hack tool" notice around 7 times, and the last time he got it, he could never log back in! It would always tell him he couldn't go on the test servers or something so I'm really worried about getting too many hack tool notices. WHY am I getting that? I BARLEY know how to USE a computer and I have MORE deaths than kills so WHY AM I GETTING BOOTED FOR HACKING?
