Z8games *not helping at all**

This is to eveyone to know how we are getting some crappy help from Z8games support. They have not help at all, We were RANK 134 and the clan name was [E]LITE-[TL] until some one stole my Leaders account by a worm in his computer Stole everything from him and reset his kills and deaths and change the players ingame name. And also kicked the whole clan and deleted the clan name and now it doesnt exist only the identification number of clan http://clan.z8games.com/clanstat_cf.aspx?guildid=20075 Its no fair that we have put so much business in Z8games and su much money from are clan to not get some decent Help. These were the support tickets we send with no Reply so many times:

-Please, I was Lieutenant of my clan, someone stole my leader account usn=5059359. The clan with usn 20075 called [E]lite-[TL] was stolen by a person with several accounts to kick all members smart guy cause u could only kick 15 people per day these were the accounts used to kick the whole clan usn=8627402 usn=5929251 usn=5264376. The person who stole my leader account kick me and another members and also please can u restore the info to the real and my leader or please replace the leader to usn=5059359 or to Lieutenant of clan -[E]-master with the usn=3591278. We were Rank 135 and was erase is there a way you can restore the rank and clan back PLease HElp its not fair.-

Sorry, my account has been stolen, im the owner of the account with usn 5059359, today my password is different, and when i try to change, or restore my mail, web says that its incorrenct.
please i need to restore all my info to the same e-mail i create the account, that is Black_chakra@hotmail.com, i know secret answer, to the question that refers to my born city. please, send me support, i want my acc back, i wish u can help me.

**This was the clan screenshot when the person was deleting Clan. The accounts CWBLACK an sMpogi were his stolen accounts that he used to delete and kick the whole clan.
