Sounds like a fun fair. People screaming on roller coaster's and shiz.
Or it could be a recording of a concert that has 1000's of people screaming and it has been distorted a little so you can't hear it properly.

I hate this saying, but I will say it anyway: Fake and gay.

P.S I love how all these paranormal recordings (visual and audible) are terrible quality
