Why don't i get double Exp on games

On my character i have equipt

Experience 50% Adv Compass 10% Green Googles 10%
Clan Backpack 10% Sergeants Beret 20%

But yet i only get 90% extra exp every game.

I only noticed it today when i saw somebody else with my rank(Master Sergeant) got exactly double his exp.So i thought what am i missing i checked and double checked all items.I have made no mistake all these items above say %experience next to them in storage.But yet for what must be 2months now have been playing and only getting 90% extra every game.Does anyone else have this problem? What can i do about it?

Next time i play crossfire will take screenshots to prove what am saying and post them here.
