Was an error the devs made a while back, if you look at the 100 coupon items their's 2 m4a1 gold's. In one patch their was an M4A1 gold, AK Gold and M4A1 with this pattern (Not sure on it's real name) but shortly after it was removed and a lucky few got it. (Been playing half a year and i've only seen one). I do believe it was handed out to the winners of a tournament aswell, that may just be a rumour.
