I know i'll get trolled for this But i'll go ahead and compare this game to Combat Arms.
Im an Ex-Wogl-P player for that terrible game so i believe my oppinions on it are valid.

Community = Combat Arms (I have never seen such a disfunctional and egotistical community before in the time i've played FPS games as i have in CF.)

Graphics = Combat Arms (doesn't matter to me, but it's relevant for some.)

Gameplay = Crossfire (The game has a CS 1.6 feel, but it's been nerfed to accomadate BR's and people who can't aim.)

Competitivness = Combat Arms (Very sad honestly, The CA community was able to finish 4 consecutive seasons and is still going, the best teams in the game stayed together for a long time. Crossfire on the other hand has about 5 decent teams from what i've seen, teams don't seem to last more then a few weeks (other then the commited competitive teams) and every patch, trick spots and wallbangs are being taken out, making the game more dull.)

Hacks and Glitches Removal = Combat Arms (I know that some will disagree as Combat Arms in known for hacking, however Nexon has done a far better job then Z8 At removing and patching hacks with a far worse Anti Cheat = Gameguard. The fact that blatant cheaters get a 7 day ban is a simple slap on the wrist for hackers and is frankly embarassing.)

I enjoy Crossfire far more then i did Combat Arms, But in my oppinion the facts are right there, sadly, even a bad game like Combat Arms is better then CF in it's current state.

This Game is actually pretty darn good you guys. You guys just don't know it. Crossfire has an awesome community! You just cant expect to go out and just play to find a community. You gotta get into the game. Find a clan that has ventrilo and does pug drafts or wogl drafts. In then join tourneys or clan war. Crossfire is getting more updates and getting a harder game i believe. Im in WOGL tourneys and drafts and all that stuff and the skills actually take skills! This game was basically based of Counter Strike is what i really think. Thats why you see a lot of counter strike players come to crossfire. Yes, BR's **** the hell out of me. They tank shots and they lag like little *****es, but cf cant really do much about it unless they make a BR crossfire. This game does have less hacks then a lot of other games and its a fckin free game!! This game takes a lot of skill to become pro and its a huge awesome game!! Yes its not as good as Counter Strike or AA, but Crossfire is free! Thats a pretty damn good game for it to be free! My rating is 8.5/10. I like the community especailly when u get involved with it. People even make montages, QC, and their are reviewers in crossfire. Overall this game is pretty beast in my opinion especially if its free. Ive played this game for over a year and its been a blast even though its takes time to get ur skill lvl up to where everyone else is when u begin! Also im actually part of a reviewing group. First, I LOVE CHU.
Second, not everyone likes to play competitively. Some people just want to go and lol.

If the community, talking about 95% of it, wasn't so...gay...the game would be much more enjoyable.

People have there reasons for playing. I rated 4.5, and I still play. When you play an online free FPS, you can't expect much really.

All of you people are Haters... I say its a 7 because its not the greatest game ever, but its fun for people that arnt serios about games. It allows for good times, and alot of interactions. Its a good game for those that play a few games a weekend just to relive stress or just have a little fun. In order for this game to be one of the best, is to improve the hacker detection... possibly make the ability to be prone/ army crawl, and better maps. Better maps because everything in this game has become rush and quickscope... There is almost no room for sneaky ninja skills anymore unless your in a GM match. Im talking about the whole "hide in a bush and stab" moment. If this game had that = 8.

Hackers ruin the game on so many levels, and CF needs to do something about it seriosly... Also, why is it that we are limited to a narrow amount of weapons?

because i just came back from an awesome game and the entire team helped kill a hacker trying to wall glitch.

everytime he tried to hop from wall to pillar, we totally killed him! XD

so i'm happy.
