Yea we thought my friend just had a thing for BIG chicks (he/she was a beastly 300+)... then we noticed the adams apple... he STILL has yet to admit it to us although we all know.
Still havnt asked Preop or Postop.... kinda scared with that answer XD

Well last time I spoke to him/her was 2 years ago back then it was normal then it added me on facebook a few weeks ago (still haven't responded to the friend request lol)
