crossfire lag problem

another svchost.exe opens up while im playing and gives me 1fps in crossfire

closing it gives me a blue screen.

how do i fix this?

You're not supposed to close any of them, they're your Windows Services.

Have you tried running the game under a different compatability (i.e. Vista, XP)

it just started happening today. thinking its a virus.

Svchost definitely isn't a virus, unless it's location is outside the System32 folder.

But me, Smily, and Hi, have picked up some random trojan/virus thing lately, so you might wanna do a deep scan.

i ran few scans earlier today. none helped this.

my cpu shouldn't be at 100% when using firefox
