Awarded zp but not showing up.

Ok so i did an offer on super rewards. It says that i was awarded the offer yet when i go to the mall i didn't get the ZP. I was wondering if it will show up later or this is the first time that has happened. Im hoping a moderator can help me so yeah Thanks.

Z8 Games is not in charge of the Free ZP rewards. You have to send SuperRewards a complaint ticket.

Patience is required many offers show up rewarded but you wont get points until the next day sometimes even later.Its happened to me often especially when i have done offers in evening/night.As for black market log i have won i think 6 gp crate guns and 1 zp crate gun and only thompson showed up in logs and m4 custom which showed up in logs as coupons.Give it till tomorrow then if no points received would then fill out points not received options on super rewards page

The thing is that this is the first time this happend to me.

If you read terms and conditions it states even if shows rewarded can sometimes take upto 3 days.Patience i have always got my Zp points that it said have been awarded in the end and i have completed over 60 offers for super rewards
